Barktoberfest Royal Oak 2021 - 9.12.2021
We were so excited to join the Royal Oak Chamber for their Barktoberfest! We manned a booth this weekend and met so many new friends, both human and canine. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our tent to say hi, share a beer and learn more about our mission to #endpethomelessness!
Freedom Ride (Brews 4 Rescues) - 2.1.2020
The very first in our Brews for Rescues initiative! We had found out that Bark Nation desperately needed a transit vehicle to transport dogs from raids, as well as to and from spay/neuter appointments. We worked in collaboration with the phenomenal humans at Urbanrest to create a delicious craft beer, whose proceeds would go towards purchasing this van. Beer was brewed, we threw a tapping party, and y'all SHOWED UP!
Between sponsorships, raffle ticket sales, and Urbanrest's donation, we were able to raise over $5400 for the deserving doggos at Bark Nation, not to mention the literal truckloads of donations for their facility! We are so grateful to everyone that showed up for our Freedom Ride!
Crafting with Cats - 12.4.2019
Teaming up with Tigerlily Cat Rescue, we hosted a fundraiser holiday shindig at AR Workshops Rochester, complete with adorable, adoptable kitties! Jasper, Topaz & Jack Frost watched as crafters created custom wood signs, lazy susans and wood trays for a cause! Big thanks to AR Workshops for donating a portion of sales!
